Primo Motif ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and branding studio located at 700 E. Sonterra Blvd, Ste. 1210, San Antonio, Texas 78258. We operate the website at https://www.primomotif.com (the "Site").

  • General geographic region derived from IP address (Google Analytics)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system

Essential data collected without consent:

  • Server logs necessary to deliver the website (IP address, request time, status code) — retained for up to 90 days for security purposes only
  • Your cookie consent decision (stored in your browser's localStorage and logged on our servers)

We do not use your data for automated profiling or decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. California Privacy Rights (CIPA / CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws including the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA):

  • Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale — we do not sell personal information; no action is required
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@primomotif.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

Consent logging for CIPA compliance: Every time a visitor makes a consent decision on our Site, we record a timestamped log entry containing: the decision made (accepted / rejected), the categories of data collection consented to, the URL visited, the date and time in ISO 8601 format, and the browser's reported language. These records are retained for a minimum of 3 years and are available upon valid legal request.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Google LLC — analytics data shared with Google Analytics under Google's data processing terms when you consent to analytics cookies. Google may process data in the United States. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and CRM vendors bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Primo Motif or others.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party.

7. Data Retention

  • Form submissions and contact records — retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 3 years
  • Consent logs — minimum 3 years from date of collection
  • Server security logs — 90 days
  • Analytics data — governed by Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 14 months)

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at hello@primomotif.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site or by email to users who have provided contact information. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
